Do You Have Students Seeking Community Service and Internship Opportunities?

Two great opportunities for students are offered through Citizen Advocacy Center:

CAC is Seeking Volunteers
CAC relies heavily on volunteers to help them accomplish their mission. They are currently looking for volunteers to assist with research projects, graphic design, event planning and coordination, public speaking, administrative tasks, and more.

Students interested in meaningful volunteer work can complete CAC's volunteer form here: http://www.citizenadvocacycenter.org/volunteer-opportunities.html.

CAC's Internship Program
Every summer the CAC accepts several law, college, and high school students for their internship program. Their interns work to investigate and analyze reports of what appear to be violations of the law, undemocratic public policies, and obstacles to civic participation.

Interning with the CAC is an excellent way to learn about how government really works, and to develop an array of skills that are useful to good citizenship and to the practice of law.

To apply for an internship (next internship is Summer 2018), students can complete an online form at (scroll all the way down): http://www.citizenadvocacycenter.org/internship-opportunities.html.
